Happy Monday! If you are reading this, hopefully you successfully answered the call and took on our whole foods challenge from last week. If not, no worries! Try again this week.
This week’s newsletter is all about healthy food swaps. And no, I am not going to say something obvious like switch chocolates for brussel sprouts. As much as I value my health, I also value good tasting food. Luckily, with the help of this list, you can enjoy both good health and delicious foods.
This list is based off of personal experience from my quest for delicious foods that won’t sabotage my health. Best of all, most of these are similarly priced.

These are just a few potential swaps that can be made to help you become a little bit healthier. Rome wasn’t built in a day, so do not expect rapid results overnight from switching butters. But as I like to say, a bunch of consistent small wins add up to big wins over time.
Biggest disclaimer (in my opinion): Still control for calories. Just because a food has cleaner ingredients, does not mean you can overeat and be healthier.
